Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at tanddblesseddesigns@gmail.com.
All sales are FINAL.
Custom Orders
Custom made items are made to order and are nonrefundable. On all custom orders a proof will be provided for your approval, once that approval is received, changes will not be made due to orders being processed after approval.
Defective items will be given consideration on a case by case basis.
Shipping Policy
Once an item has been accepted by USPS, T & D Blessed Designs, LLC is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provided. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before Check Out to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available to add to your order, and is highly recommended. Your order will ship out within 5 business days. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. We ship with USPS. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. Priority Mail Express: Takes 1-2 business days and comes with $100 of insurance. These time frames start after our processing time of up to 10-14 business days.
Social Media Policy
Please be aware that photos of your items are subjected to be displayed on my T & D Blessed Designs, LLC social media pages as advertisement. If this is an issue, please communicate that with us.
